Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Location : High Street Branch Reports to : Branch Manager

Position Summary:

The position of Customer Service Representative [CSR] Lead is responsible for a variety of tasks including providing excellent customer service in all customer interactions, helping to resolve customer concerns, following procedures to minimize errors and reduce fraud, processing account transactions effectively. Lead Tellers work under limited supervision, assist with workflow to ensure tellers are successful, consistently balance their cash daily, have great rapport with people, and enjoy helping others while maintaining ethics, integrity, and embracing diversity.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proven customer support experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Basic Office Machine Operation Skills, Printers, Scanners, Copiers, Fax, postage machine, etc.
