Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their individual needs, focusing on their goals for recovery and mobility.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that utilize a diverse range of interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modality application.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and functional training to enhance patients' movement capabilities and facilitate a faster return to daily activities.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment methodologies accordingly, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the strategies for lifestyle changes that will benefit their recovery.
• Support patients in managing pain and improving physical function, aiming to reduce dependency on medications and avoid unnecessary surgical interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse array of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your ability to engage with individuals from varying backgrounds will be critical in providing empathetic and effective care. Your interventions will help patients regain strength, flexibility, and confidence, promoting overall wellness.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field. A Master's degree or Doctorate is preferred.
• Current and active licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, specifically in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with patients to create a motivating care environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current clinical practices, treatment techniques, and rehabilitation methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, with a solid understanding of a range of physical therapy techniques.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 – 130,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a substantial salary, our benefits package includes:
