Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

World Telehealth Initiative

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO at World Telehealth Initiative.

This is a full-time role based in Santa Barbara (largely remote, with regular in-person collaboration). This is not a traditional administrative role. The person in this position will be deeply involved in the work and relationships that drive our mission to expand healthcare access globally through telehealth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the CEO’s calendar, travel, and scheduling
  • Participating in meetings and driving follow-up/action items
  • Supporting our Health System Membership program, including monthly meeting preparation, member engagement, and annual renewals
  • Assisting with donor communication and outreach
  • Helping coordinate strategic partnerships and special projects
  • Supporting presentations and speech preparation

The strongest candidates will be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely energized by global health equity and mission-driven work. Curiosity, warmth, professionalism, and strong communication skills matter greatly in this role.

You will gain exposure to healthcare leaders, physicians, nurses, donors, health systems, and global partners working to strengthen care in underserved communities around the world.
