Under general direction and policy direction of the Infrastructure and Operations Branch (IOB) Chief, Information Technology Manager II (ITM II), the Information Technology Manager I (ITM I) serves as manager of the Systems Administration 2 (SA2) Section, IOB, within Technology Services Division (TSD). The ITM I manages staff participation in and oversight of systems engineering services in support of identity management, storage, system architecture, systems administration, systems integration, and visualization.
