Come be part of a team that's serious about great burgers and even better vibes.Responsibilities:Prepare and cook menu items according to Red Robin's recipes, standards, and plating specificationsOperate and maintain grill, fryer, sauté station, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficientlyMonitor food quality, freshness, and portion control to ensure consistencyMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shiftCollaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely ticket execution during high-volume serviceFollow all food safety and handling guidelines in compliance with health codesAssist with prep work, stocking, and restocking stations as neededRequirements:Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environmentSolid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling proceduresReliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitudeAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsFlexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidaysFood Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one upon hireAbout Us:Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews has been crafting craveable, made-to-order burgers and bottomless sides for guests across North America for decades.
