Marketing Assistant

AIRMATIC is seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant for our Malvern Pennsylvania location to support a broad range of marketing activities including website content SEO email marketing social media marketing communications product literature trade shows and sales-support materials.

This is a hands-on on-site position for an early-career marketing professional who wants broad experience in digital content technical and B2B marketing. We are looking for an organized detail-oriented individual who communicates well can manage multiple assignments takes pride in producing accurate professional work and is comfortable learning technical subject matter.

The Marketing Assistant reports to the Marketing Director and works closely with the Senior Marketing Coordinator for day-to-day project guidance and coordination. The role also collaborates with teams throughout the Company.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Assistant you will help develop and execute AIRMATIC marketing programs across multiple channels. Responsibilities include:

• Update and maintain website content structure and technical product information
• Support SEO and other efforts to improve website visibility usability and search performance
• Write edit proofread and format marketing communications product literature technical content and other customer-facing content
• Develop a working knowledge of AIRMATICs products applications and industries to support accurate marketing content and communications
• Support email marketing and social media activities including content development scheduling and performance tracking
• Assist with photography illustrations charts graphics and other marketing assets
• Help ensure consistency in AIRMATIC branding terminology messaging and visual presentation
• Support Sales and Customer Service with presentations literature product information and customer-facing materials
• Work with internal departments manufacturers vendors and industry partners to gather information and complete marketing projects
• Assist with trade show preparation and post-show activities
• Maintain marketing calendars project tracking and schedules while supporting departmental priorities
• Maintain organized marketing files photos artwork digital assets and project records
• Perform other marketing-related projects and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Associates or bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Digital Media or a related field preferred
• 13 years of experience in marketing communications digital content or a related field preferred

• Strong writing editing grammar and proofreading skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects priorities and deadlines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability and willingness to learn industrial products applications technical data and terminology
• Ability to use AI-assisted tools for marketing research content development and workflow support

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles
• Familiarity with email marketing social media and website content-management systems
• Experience with graphic design applications; marketing analytics experience is also a plus

Industrial or technical marketing experience is helpful but not required. A willingness and ability to learn are more important.
