Our Memory Care Coordinators are responsible for: Supporting memory care residents through coordination and delivery of personal care services Assisting with resident move-ins, assessments, and care planning Monitoring and documenting resident conditions and service needs Ensuring accurate records and regulatory compliance Providing hands-on personal care and engaging with families and staff to support quality outcomes Acting as a key liaison between residents, families, and department leaders If you are someone with: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred 2+ years of experience in senior living, especially memory care or assisted living Physical Requirements: This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care.
