Field ITS Technician & On‑Site Customer Support

Iteris, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Product Support Specialist to provide exceptional field service for advanced detection and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) equipment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, training, and support to ensure client satisfaction and technical excellence. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, IMSA Level I Certification, and at least 3 years of experience in technical support related to traffic signal systems.
