Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Bridge To Recovery Institute, you will:

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, fostering strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client sessions to monitor progress, discuss treatment goals, and prepare for discharge when appropriate, offering support during transitions.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans focused on the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish a treatment roadmap.

• Document all client interactions and update progress notes accurately and timely to ensure continuity of care.

• Participate in individual supervision to promote professional growth and reflection on clinical practices.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, ensuring multidisciplinary support for clients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling.

• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting after graduation.

• Proficiency in using technology including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfort with performing intake assessments and conducting therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapy modalities or those familiar with integrated care settings will find themselves well-positioned within our practice. Familiarity with electronic health records and teletherapy practices is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bridge To Recovery Institute offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually based on experience. We operate within a Fee-for-Service model, guaranteeing prompt payment ahead of collections, eliminating the wait for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
