Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a designated caseload, establishing rapport with clients to foster therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, assess stability, and plan for discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and review personalized treatment plans, ensuring they align with the needs and goals of the client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

• Carry out intake assessments, which involve evaluating clients’ mental health needs and establishing suitable treatment pathways.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, tailoring approaches to suit each client's needs.

• Engage in individual supervision and case consultation with peers to enhance therapeutic practices and outcomes.

Qualifications\n
