Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments to evaluate clients' psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs, ensuring that you gather comprehensive information to inform treatment planning.

• Provide individual and family therapy, using various therapeutic techniques tailored to clients' unique circumstances, and maintaining a compassionate and supportive approach.

• Engage in crisis evaluation and intervention, particularly for patients experiencing mild to moderate mental health conditions, and be prepared to provide appropriate referrals for those with more severe mental health issues.

• Develop and regularly update individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and client-specific goals, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where clients are actively involved in their recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards at all times.

• Participate in safety programs, which may include engagement in emergency response initiatives to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff alike.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population ranging from children to seniors. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
