Human Resources Director

Option 1 Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Director who has worked both with a PEO and growing a new internal HR Department. Experience in manufacturing or start-ups a plus. Key Responsibilities: Provide and maintain knowledge of new HR technologies, talent trends and employment law Oversee full-cycle recruiting team Work with a PEO to manage employee benefit programs such as vacation and health insurance Support Operation team and keep informed of any changes to regulations or laws to remain in compliance Build HR team to scale with companies growth Maintain accurate employee records and policies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related Ten years' experience in HR with experience in benefits, payroll and employee relations Experience in manufacturing or start-up a plus This position is fully on-site Experience working in a PEO environment is required Recruiting experience required #J-18808-Ljbffr Option 1 Staffing Services, Inc.
