Position Overview

Zenius Corporation is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. The consultant will translate business needs into clear technical specifications, develop system documentation, data mappings, and integration requirements, and support testing, troubleshooting, implementation, and operational transition activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder collaboration.

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.

• Develop process flows, system documentation, data mappings, interface requirements, and traceability artifacts.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, data teams, integration teams, QA, and project management resources.

• Analyze current-state and future-state processes and identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.

• Support solution design reviews, system integration, testing, defect triage, troubleshooting, and implementation activities.

• Facilitate stakeholder validation and ensure requirements remain aligned to business objectives throughout delivery.

• Prepare clear documentation and communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of business analysis or technical business analysis experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.

• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and implementation-ready documentation.

• Experience with system integrations, data mapping, APIs/interfaces, testing, and implementation support.

• Strong facilitation, analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

• Ability and willingness to work onsite or hybrid at Broward County Public Schools locations when required by the assignment.

Preferred Qualifications

• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Scrum/Agile, or related certification.

• Experience with ERP, cloud, data/analytics, workflow, identity, or enterprise integration initiatives.

• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio/Lucidchart, Confluence, SQL, or data-mapping tools.

• Public-sector or K-12 education technology experience.

Assignment & Compliance Expectations

• Assignment duration, schedule, duties, and work location will be determined by the applicable client request/purchase order and may vary by engagement.

• Selected consultants must successfully complete Zenius and client-required screening before placement, which may include reference verification, criminal background checks, drug/alcohol screening, employment eligibility verification, and client-approved fingerprinting requirements.

• Consultants must maintain professional conduct and comply with applicable client policies while working at client locations.

• This is a consulting/staffing opportunity; assignment availability and duration are contingent upon client needs, selection, and authorization to begin work.
