Optomi, in partnership with a leading company in automation engineering, is looking for an Application Analyst I to join their team in Charlotte, NC.
Position Summary: The IT Applications Analyst will be part of the Automation Engineering team, focusing on supporting users of Tungsten Automation (formerly Kofax RPA) and assisting engineers with problem resolution. This role involves solving complex problems with general supervision, developing advanced skills, and working independently. The incumbent will apply fundamental concepts and procedures to work that is fairly complex and varied.

- Utilize advanced troubleshooting skills to remove technical roadblocks in automation development
- Communicate effectively with business users and maintain technical documentation
- Act as support contact for RPA software and resolve related issues
- Maintain services, monitor system health, and seek improvements
- Collaborate with team members, product owners, and developers
