The Individual and Family Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking dedicated Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to join our team. This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide compassionate care while maintaining a work-life balance. As an LPC, you will play a crucial role in facilitating mental health assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions, primarily through telehealth and some in-person sessions.

Work Environment\n

As a member of our team, you will work in a remote environment that promotes flexibility and autonomy. Our clinic operates from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, allowing you to design your schedule according to your preferences. You will receive comprehensive support through our scheduling and client service teams, as well as ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments, carefully evaluating each patient's trauma history to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and coping strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, helping patients process their trauma, enhance coping mechanisms, and promote holistic healing.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for all patients.

• Deliver crisis intervention support during trauma-induced emergencies, ensuring safety and stabilization.
\n
• Educate patients and their families regarding trauma responses and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring the integrity of patient records.

• Participate in regular case consultations and professional development activities to enhance knowledge within trauma-informed care.

• Continuously update knowledge of the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a guaranteed pay structure and annual increases, we provide a sign-on bonus for selected candidates. Our benefits package includes:
