What You'll Be Doing: As a Restaurant Supervisor / Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant running at its best. You'll lead by example, build an engaged team, and ensure every guest leaves with a reason to come back. Every day you'll: Lead shifts with energy, confidence, and a hands-on approach Inspire, coach, and develop your team to deliver outstanding hospitality Ensure every meal meets our quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards Help hire, train, schedule, and develop future leaders Turn guest concerns into memorable recovery moments Monitor labor, inventory, and daily operations to drive results Support local marketing, community partnerships, and restaurant promotions Create a culture where people enjoy coming to work and guests enjoy coming back What Makes You a Great Fit! You don't have to know everything, but you should love leading people and creating great experiences.
