Buck & Rider is hiring for our Sushi team! A unique job here in Arizona our sushi team is ever growing and expanding our menu offerings. Our sushi team is responsible for providing unforgettable dining experiences at our sushi bar and creating visually appealing and delicious sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi.

• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
• Keeps work areas and food storage areas, clean and safe at all times
• Primarily works in front of guests while preparing foods at the sushi bar
• Engage with guests when applicable in a friendly and approachable manner, providing information about our products and answering any questions guests may have
• Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
• Reading and following department of health standards and food industry standards
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Perform all other duties as required, including prep work or additional tasks as needed
