Billing Specialist (Temp?to?Perm)

Location: Willow Grove, PA

Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour

Schedule: Fully Onsite

Overview:

A growing service-based company in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a Billing Specialist to support their operations team. This role is responsible for tracking material costs and employee labor hours for on-site services to ensure accurate client billing. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with consistent hours and hands-on exposure to the full billing cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Track and reconcile material costs and labor hours for on-site service work
• Review time entries, work orders, and job documentation for billing accuracy
• Prepare and process client invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Partner with field teams and project managers to resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain organized billing records and supporting documentation
• Assist with billing inquiries and adjustments as needed

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of billing, invoicing, or accounting support experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple jobs/projects
• Experience tracking labor hours and job or project-based costing preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting or billing systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
