Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, focusing on their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their unique goals, preferences, and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on their evolving circumstances.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients.

• Stay current with research and developments in mood disorder treatment, continuously improving therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to ensure cohesive care delivery.

• Advocate for clients' mental health needs and work to reduce stigma associated with mental health issues.

Qualifications\n
