Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Step-Down RN for a travel assignment in Auburn, NY. This position requires strong skills in post-heart catheterization care, respiratory failure management with BiPAP/CPAP, and cardiac monitoring. Key Responsibilities of the Step-Down RN

• Provide care for patients post-heart catheterization and vascular procedures
• Manage patients with congestive heart failure and cardiac dysrhythmias
• Administer and monitor BiPAP/CPAP for respiratory failure
• Conduct frequent vital signs and neurovascular checks
• Perform emergency medication administration and procedural sedation

Requirements of the Step-Down RN

• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• 2+ years of recent Step-Down experience
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia management
• Skilled in IV start and maintenance, PICC line management, and blood product administration
• Experience with medication systems like Pyxis
