Production Technician I (6:30am - 2:30pm)

Baxter seeks a Production Technician I to operate and maintain filling equipment and support systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role involves equipment setup, supplies management, filter testing, preventative maintenance, and documentation in a fast-paced, around-the-clock production environment.
Responsibilities
- Setup and adjust filling equipment using control panels and manual adjustments
- Load production supplies and replenish materials at production rates
- Perform filter cleaning, setup, sanitization, and integrity testing
- Execute routine preventative maintenance and identify facility repairs
- Document all required information in manufacturing logs and POMS system
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- At least 18 years of age
- English written and oral communication skills for team interaction
- Ability to read, understand, and follow safety and quality instructions
- Basic mathematics proficiency and calculator/measurement tool competency
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with hand tools
- Production or manufacturing experience with maintenance duties (preferred)
