• Hours/Week: Approx. 36-40 hours

• Experience: Proven OB/GYN experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary: $280,000 - $360,000 annually, based on experience and internal equity

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population
• Manage gynecologic consults referred from primary care providers and in-house midwives
• Perform office-based gynecologic procedures
• Maintain steady surgical volume with access to three new operating rooms
• Participate in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgeries
• Support a birth center offering VBACs, water births, nitrous oxide, and 24-hour epidural services
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
• Provide backup for midwife-led obstetric care, including uncomplicated deliveries
• Engage in a manageable call schedule with shared responsibilities

What You Need:

• Required: Medical license in Vermont, OB/GYN certification
• Preferred: Prior obstetrics and gynecology experience, surgical skills in minimally invasive procedures
