Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $300,000 - $350,000 annually (based on experience, certification)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care for hospitalized patients, including admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
• Collaborate closely with specialists, primary care providers, nurses, respiratory therapists, CRNAs, and emergency physicians
• Order, interpret, and act on lab tests, imaging, and diagnostic findings
• Respond to medical emergencies, including codes and rapid response situations
• Manage ventilator support and participate in interdisciplinary rounds
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care
• Contribute to hospital quality improvement initiatives and attend committee meetings

What You Need

• Required: Vermont medical license, DEA license, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Preferred: 2+ years of inpatient or hospitalist experience
• Key skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, collaborative team player
