What if your next Head of People role wasn’t about inheriting a function but building one? We're leading a confidential search for a Head of People at a founder-led food manufacturing and packaging company with approximately 1k employees and an extraordinary growth trajectory. The business is scaling rapidly, with multiple new plants coming online and hiring volumes that will require a fundamentally different People infrastructure. This is a builder’s role. You’ll be the company’s first strategic People leader, working directly with the founders and an experienced CEO to create the function from the ground up. Think: Build the People strategy and operating model Create a recruiting engine capable of supporting hypergrowth Build out plant-floor HR and frontline workforce practices Design the systems, processes, and programs the organization needs next Build and lead the People team Help shape culture and organizational capability as the company scales The company has also recently taken an investment from Private Equity sponsors. This is for someone who genuinely enjoys getting into the weeds, someone who has built the infrastructure, solved messy problems, created teams, and knows how to turn a blank sheet of paper into a scalable People function.
