Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant opportunity with a client of ours in the insurance industry supporting their St. Louis operations team.
Onsite in St. Louis, MOContract to hire opportunity (3-6 month contract before conversion to FTE) Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Arrange travel, logistics, catering, and meeting prep
- Support in-person and virtual meetings across teams
- Handle expense reports and administrative follow-ups
- Assist with reception/phone coverage and general office support
- Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed
- 2+ years of administrative support experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills and professional judgment
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
