Production Specialist - Medical Device Assembly

Job Title: Production Specialist

Location: 100 Nagog Park, Acton Massachusetts 01720

Shift: 1 st shift 6 am – 2:30 pm & 2 nd shift – 2pm – 10:30 pm

Pay rate: $22.09 & $24.29/hr on W2.

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Production Specialist to support medical device manufacturing and assembly operations. Responsibilities include assembling and testing Personal Diabetes Managers (PDMs), kitting, labeling, inventory tracking, and ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO, and cGMP standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and configure handheld medical devices
Perform testing, labeling, packaging, and kitting
Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle counts
Follow SOPs, safety, and quality procedures
Support Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives
Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED preferred
Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Able to distinguish red, green, and blue colors
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and pallet jacks
