Work Environment\n

This position is primarily a remote role, offering flexibility while requiring the dedication that comes with working in outpatient therapy. Our outpatient office provides a comfortable, collaborative space for both staff and patients, and our dedicated team culture encourages ongoing learning and professional development. Regular work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess the mental health needs of trauma patients and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Engage in regular one-on-one sessions with patients, actively listening to their concerns, diagnosing mental or emotional disorders, and implementing evidence-based coping strategies.

• Monitor patient progress through continuous assessment, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Educate both staff and clients on effective stress and trauma management techniques, promoting resilience and coping skills.

• Collaborate with social services, medical agencies, and community outreach programs to connect patients with essential resources that enhance their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
