Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and emotional well-being, utilizing tools such as standardized questionnaires and interviews.

• Monitor and document clients' progress regularly, employing treatment outcome measures to assess the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records aligned with legal requirements and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
