Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics to understand clients' mental health needs and tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more, according to the unique requirements of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to set and review therapeutic goals, ensuring they remain engaged and motivated throughout their treatment journey.

• Utilize telehealth technology to deliver therapy, ensuring a comfortable and safe virtual environment for clients who may face mobility or accessibility challenges.

• Maintain clear and organized client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory documentation practices while safeguarding confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The mental health counselor will work with a broad range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our consumer base includes individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional and psychological difficulties. You will be integral in creating a supportive and understanding space for clients as they navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a mental health professional in California, such as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
