Work Environment\n

This remote position allows therapists to work from the comfort of their own homes while connecting with patients virtually. Our practice hours are set Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as required by patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments tailored to the specific challenges faced by older adults, taking into account their cognitive, emotional, and social dimensions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is the geriatric population, which includes elderly individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. As a therapist, you will work closely with patients who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, dementia, and adjustment-related issues due to life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
