The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some evening shifts required based on patient needs, ensuring that we remain accessible and responsive to those we serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs and treatment goals of individuals entering our substance use disorder programs.

• Design personalized treatment plans integrating evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral techniques.

• Provide compassionate individual counseling sessions, fostering a trusting environment that encourages patients to share openly about their experiences and challenges.

• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions that promote shared learning and support among individuals in recovery.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support during substance-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Extensive knowledge of substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and group therapy specifically related to addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
