As a member of our team, you will work in a fully remote telehealth environment, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own designated workspace. Our internal systems and virtual tools are designed for efficiency and collaboration, ensuring that you can focus on delivering exceptional care without the distractions of a traditional office setting. With a flexible approach to work hours, your schedule will primarily follow a Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM routine.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, clinical best practices, and client goals.

• Provide empathetic crisis intervention when needed, ensuring clients feel valued and understood during times of distress.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training sessions, to continually enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele experiencing low-acuity mental health challenges. These individuals represent a variety of backgrounds and may include adolescents, adults, and families seeking guidance for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and stress management. Your role will focus on building rapport and fostering trust with clients, enabling them to engage fully in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology).

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related psychological field is required for this position.

• Proficient in establishing rapport with clients and team members while maintaining a respectful and supportive environment.

• A thoughtful, empathetic approach to client care, ensuring individualized attention and support for each client’s unique needs.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling you to manage multiple cases effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in a telehealth or remote setting.

• Experience in utilizing digital therapy tools and platforms for client engagement and therapy sessions.

• Exposure to crisis intervention techniques and experience working with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
