Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized 30-minute telehealth counseling sessions, addressing specific emotional and psychological issues faced by clients.

• Provide support for sub-clinical cases including work stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance.

• Assist clients in setting and achieving personal and career-oriented goals, improving their relationships, and fostering personal growth.

• Collaborate with an internal clinical team to continuously enhance the counseling program and telehealth platform.

• Employ therapeutic techniques that are evidence-based and aligned with best practices for mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals and families struggling with a variety of issues ranging from day-to-day stressors to deeper emotional challenges. You will encounter diverse backgrounds, experiences, and needs, allowing you to flexibly tailor your therapeutic approach to each unique situation. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and valid state-specific license or certification (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to practice as a mental health counselor.

• Strong interpersonal abilities with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients quickly, particularly through virtual interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical mental health setting, specifically working with individuals facing emotional challenges.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role ranges from USD 52,000 to USD 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
