Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and create individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to address clients’ specific issues.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that promote personal growth, emotional healing, and coping strategies.

• Set and monitor therapeutic goals with clients, adapting treatment plans as progress is made or challenges arise.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients who may require virtual sessions due to accessibility or personal preference.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and case notes to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists will engage primarily with adults in a detox center setting, where clients may be dealing with substance use disorders along with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other co-occurring conditions. Understanding the unique challenges faced by these individuals is key to providing effective and compassionate care.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license in one of the following: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; however, a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience.
