This position is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining die cutting equipment used to produce folding cartons and packaging products. The ideal candidate has experience in printing, packaging, or converting environments and is committed to producing high-quality products while maximizing machine efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Required: High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of experience operating industrial die cutting equipment Experience in printing, packaging, folding carton, or converting manufacturing Ability to read and interpret production schedules and job tickets strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to perform machine setups, make-readies, and changeovers strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to communicate effectively in English Preferred: Folding carton manufacturing experience Experience with high-speed die cutting equipment Forklift experience Knowledge of SQF, GMP,
