What You'll Do

• Provide neonatal care in a Level-IIIB and Level-IIIA NICU setting
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team in a collegial environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education
• Support family-centered care, including NICU family support programs
• Use advanced ventilator support and monitor critically ill neonates
• Engage in professional development and mentorship opportunities
• Contribute to a hospital renowned for its neonatal services and innovative programs

What You Need

• Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Valid Missouri RN and NP licenses
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
