About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to join their dynamic, values-driven team. The successful candidate will be a senior financial leader, overseeing the full scope of the firm's financial operations, including financial reporting, accounting, treasury, and compensation administration. This role is pivotal in providing critical support for risk management and contracting across the firm. The VP of Finance will be responsible for maintaining and improving the financial reporting infrastructure, leading the budgeting and forecasting process, and ensuring compliance with GAAP. Additionally, the role involves direct management of the finance team, strategic financial advisory, and collaboration with senior leadership on firm growth and investment decisions. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 12-15 years' of progressive finance and accounting experience is required, with a background in a professional services or advisory firm being a plus. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in NetSuite or a comparable ERP, strong Excel and financial modeling skills, and a deep knowledge of GAAP, ASC 606, and multi-state tax compliance. The role demands a detail-oriented, proactive individual who is comfortable in a high-growth, dynamic environment and has a proven track record of leading and developing finance teams.
