Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Support I – Systems professional to provide administrative, customer service, and systems support within a busy service management environment.
Responsibilities
- Process and track Material Requests and service documentation.
- Review reports for duplicate or unnecessary requests.
- Maintain spreadsheets and records using Microsoft Excel.
- Track parts and create weekly/monthly usage reports.
- Organize and maintain files, RMAs, SRs, and other documentation.
- Provide professional customer support and communicate with internal teams.
- Follow company safety and attendance policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, associate degree, or equivalent experience.
- 0–4 years of related experience; semiconductor/manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook .
- Strong data entry, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
