Compensation Analyst

This is a contract role to start with potential for full time hire. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a backbone for daily operations—helping improve response times, keeping financial and contract processes running smoothly, and freeing up our technical and specialized staff to focus on key operational goals. Core Responsibilities Process purchase orders and invoices accurately and on time to support financial controls and maintain strong vendor relationships. Assist in budget accuracy and audit compliance routines. Call Center & Front-Line Support Act as a primary point of contact for incoming customer and operational calls. Promptly address and route inquiries to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and support team workflows. Coordinate service events, track incoming requests, and maintain thorough documentation. Help ensure issues are resolved efficiently and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. Support operational oversight through administrative tracking, reconciliation, and financial reporting. Proactively identify budget discrepancies early to help prevent overspending and align with approved financial plans. Oversee contract records, renewal tracking, and documentation compliance to mitigate risk and meet organizational obligations. Maintain accurate, audit-ready contract archives. Track and maintain accurate material and asset records across facilities (including asset removal documentation). Enforce compliance with inventory controls, audit standards, and internal asset management policies. What We’re Looking For Experience: 2+ years of administrative support, operations coordination, or call center/customer service experience. Financial Savvy: Hands‑on exposure to PO processing, basic invoice tracking, or budget reconciliation. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone etiquette. Organization & Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a strong eye for compliance and record‑keeping accuracy.
