Bodily Injury Litigation Attorney

Position Summary The Bodily Injury Litigation Attorney will handle personal injury litigation matters from filing through resolution. The ideal candidate is experienced in litigation strategy, motion practice, depositions, negotiations, and trial preparation, with the ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with support staff and leadership.
