The Staff Pad is proud to partner with an innovative leader in hospitality technology in Houston, TX to identify an experienced Enterprise Account Manager – Retention.
This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on helping enterprise hotel customers succeed by retaining and expanding existing accounts through strategic renewals, proactive retention initiatives, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities that drive long-term customer value and revenue growth.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President – Sales & Product, the Enterprise Account Manager – Retention serves as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of hotel property accounts, driving customer satisfaction, maximizing account value, and identifying strategic growth opportunities. In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experience while strengthening client relationships, increasing retention, and contributing to long-term revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage renewals and contract execution for existing customers
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts
- Execute retention plans for at-risk customers
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and retention metrics
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Deployment to resolve issues
- Support customer business reviews and service assessments
- Share customer insights to support product and go-to-market strategy
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in retention, renewals, or solution sales
- Proven success upselling and retaining enterprise customers
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Consultative, customer-focused approach with high emotional intelligence
- CRM proficiency and strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, managed services, or technology solutions
- Familiarity with multi-location or enterprise accounts
