Staff AccountantGreat opportunity for a Staff Accountant looking to gain broad accounting exposure and grow with an expanding organization!What they're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field2+ years of full-cycle accounting experienceStrong GL, journal entry and account reconciliation experienceMonth-end and year-end close experienceFinancial statement preparationExperience with cost accounting, project accounting and/or percentage-of-completion revenue recognitionBudgeting, forecasting and variance analysis exposureStrong Excel skills – Pivot Tables, lookups and formulasExperience with QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle or similar ERPStrong understanding of GAAP and internal controlsThe role will include:GL accounting, accruals, deferrals and reconciliationsMonth-end/year-end closeFinancial reportingFixed assets and depreciationCost/project accountingBank reconciliations and treasury supportAP/AR oversight and supportAudit and tax supportIntercompany and multi-currency accountingCreating and documenting accounting procedures/SOPsProcess improvement and accounting automationBig pluses:CPA or working toward CPAManufacturing, capital equipment or project-based industry experienceInternational accounting exposureThis is a great role for someone who wants more responsibility, broader accounting exposure and room to grow.
