Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct individual and group therapy sessions to clients through our telehealth platform, applying a variety of therapeutic techniques suited to their unique needs.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports to comply with agency and licensing standards.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights regarding treatment effectiveness, and facilitate comprehensive care coordination.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement treatment initiatives and community outreach programs aimed at enhancing mental health awareness.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training sessions and community workshops, ensuring you remain informed of the latest evidence-based practices and therapeutic methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges, particularly mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. Your experience and compassion will play a critical role in fostering trusting relationships and guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in New York as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• Two years of post-licensure experience providing mental health services, with a particular focus on mood disorders.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and medical professionals involved in client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, along with performance-based bonuses to recognize your contributions to our team.
