Construction Project Manager

You'll lead commercial projects ranging from approximately $2 million to over $20 million across healthcare, higher education, hospitality, industrial, retail, and public sectors. What You’ll Do Lead multiple commercial construction projects from award through closeout. Build strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field leadership. Drive schedule, budget, quality, and profitability. Lead contract negotiations, procurement, change management, and project financials. Coordinate preconstruction, estimating, operations, and field teams. Mentor Assistant Project Managers while growing into larger leadership responsibilities. Identify risks early and solve problems before they impact the project. Who you are We care more about what you've accomplished than how many years you've worked.
