Sales and Client Relations Manager (luxury handbags)

Eittem is seeking a Sales and Client Relations Manager to drive direct-to-consumer sales through high-touch client relationships and in-person selling experiences. The role combines direct sales, client relations, and account management .

The role is focused on building and converting a pipeline of high-net-worth clients, managing long-term relationships, and executing curated selling moments within a luxury environment.

The ideal candidate brings an existing book of HNW clients within luxury, jewelry, fashion, or adjacent sectors, along with a proven track record of closing high-value sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a direct sales pipeline , converting relationships into revenue
• Leverage and expand an existing network of high-net-worth clients
• Source and host private client appointments (in-studio and off-site)
• Plan and execute selling events , including private viewings and group experiences
• Develop a network of affiliate selling partners (stylists, personal shoppers, concierges, etc.)
• Maintain consistent client outreach and follow-up to drive repeat purchasing
• Track pipeline, client activity, and sales performance through CRM systems
• Collaborate with the CCO on client strategy, partnerships, and activations

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in luxury sales or client development
• Existing book of high-net-worth clients (required)
• Demonstrated track record of driving sales and managing client relationships
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven
• Must be able to work in-person in NYC 4 days per week , remote 1 day
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $90-100,000 based on experience + commission with strong earning potential tied to individual sales performance
