Project Coordinator - Entry Level

Employment structure: Full-time Location: Austin, TX Experience level: Entry level; 0-2 years preferred Role Summary TESIM Electric is seeking a Project Coordinator - Entry Level to help electrical project teams stay organized through scheduling, tracking, communication, and document support. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work. What You'll Do Update project trackers, action lists, meeting notes, contact lists, and status reports. Help route submittals, RFIs, drawings, purchase requests, and closeout documents. Coordinate meetings, deliveries, and follow-up with project staff, vendors, and field teams. Maintain orderly electronic project files and escalation missing information. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is welcome but not required. 0-2 years of office, coordination, customer service, or construction-related experience. Basic Excel, email, and document-management skills. Ability to learn construction terms and manage several deadlines.
