STS Technical Services is hiring Project Coordinators in Melbourne, Florida. STS Technical Services is seeking a Project Coordinator to support facility operations in Melbourne, Florida. This role is responsible for coordinating facility-related services, vendors, documentation, and operational support activities while helping drive efficient execution across multiple ongoing projects. Job Responsibilities Coordinate facility services including janitorial, landscaping, transportation, and food service operations Ensure facility services meet business requirements and quality standards Maintain documentation and vendor compliance records, including access control coordination Partner with Procurement teams on supplier specifications and vendor bidding activities Promote a safe and high-quality work environment Track KPIs and support budgeting and long-term planning initiatives Identify CAPEX and OPEX needs related to facility assets Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors Coordinate transportation services including shuttle, taxi, VIP, and on-demand requests Oversee food service operations including dining and catering with a focus on quality and safety Support document management activities and external service providers Coordinate waste, recycling, and surplus material processes Assist with auction coordination for obsolete assets Recommend operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Coordinate office services including pantry, parking, pest control, and laundry support Support vendor payment processing, utilities coordination, and financial tracking activities Qualifications BA/BS degree in a business-related field preferred 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role Experience coordinating multiple vendors including maintenance, janitorial, and food service providers Experience supporting contracts and vendor performance tracking Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills About STS Technical Services STS Technical Services is a Top 100 Staffing Firm that partners with some of the largest names in aerospace, manufacturing, defense, and industrial operations.
