• Ability to effectively manage and support small class sizes, typically ranging from 4-6 students.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite throughout the contract duration.
• Ready to undergo onsite interviews coordinated by the district.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction and support to elementary and/or high school students with exceptional education needs, with a primary focus on elementary self-contained classrooms.
• Create and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to nurture a positive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and development.
• Engage in professional development and district-wide initiatives that enhance student outcomes.
