Base pay range $75.00/hr - $90.00/hr Job Title: Recruiting Sourcer (Contract – 6 Months) Pay Rate: $75–$90/hour (dependent on experience) Duration: 6-month contract (covering a maternity leave), with potential for extension based on business needs Start Date: ASAP About the Role: We’re looking for a seasoned Tech Sourcer to join our client's recruiting team on a 6-month contract basis to provide key support during a parental leave. This role will focus on proactive sourcing for high-impact technical roles, with an emphasis on engineering (C++ is a major plus). You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fuel the talent pipeline with exceptional candidates and help drive a high-touch, quality-focused hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Own top-of-funnel candidate identification and outreach for key technical roles Strategically build and manage talent pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and other sourcing platforms Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs and target profiles Craft compelling outreach messaging and engage candidates in a competitive tech landscape Screen inbound candidates and hand off high-quality leads to recruiters Maintain accurate tracking in ATS and sourcing tools Provide market insights and sourcing metrics Who You Are: 4–8 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting (open to more senior profiles as well) Proven success sourcing software engineers, ideally with a focus on C++ or systems-level engineering Strong Boolean search and outreach writing skills Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working autonomously Extroverted, confident communicator who genuinely enjoys sourcing Background from top-tier tech companies, agencies, or financial firms highly preferred Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS tools a plus Note: This role is project-based and not guaranteed to convert to a permanent role, though there may be opportunities to extend depending on business needs.
