This position offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining a strong connection to our outpatient office team in San Antonio. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and develop customized treatment plans that consider their unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to address specific client challenges effectively.

• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational sessions, providing a platform for clients to share experiences and build community connections.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies and ensuring patient safety.

• Educate clients on mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Maintain meticulous, accurate, and confidential documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education initiatives to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic practices and research.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic interventions, particularly evidence-based modalities.

• Strong skills in conducting detailed mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Proven therapeutic experience with individuals and groups from varying backgrounds and challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling effective engagement with clients and colleagues.

• Commitment to ethical practice and professionalism in all client interactions.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
